磨料介紹
鋯剛玉（FUSED ZIRCONIA ALUMINA）是以氧化鋁、氧化鋯為原料，經過2250℃的高溫冶煉，在鋯穩定劑的作用下和精確而特別溫度曲線下進行冷卻結晶，從而獲得鋯鋁共晶的微晶解理結構。
技術資料
1、以特殊的加工工藝并經過巴馬克形成，質量優質，堅硬無比，結構緊密，是鋼鐵行業等耐火料的材料，廣泛適用于鋼鐵行業連軋連鑄、水口、流道、玻璃爐窯等耐火材料的生產制造。
2、鋯剛玉耐熔體侵蝕性好，作為一種高級磨料，可制造高性能的重負荷砂輪，對鋼件、鑄鐵件、耐熱鋼、以及各種合金材料有很好的磨削作用；
3、鋯剛玉還是一種高級耐火原料，是制作高性能的滑動水口及浸入式水口的理想材料 ，還可用于制作玻璃熔窯用鋯剛玉磚及高檔建筑材料。
4、鋯剛玉微粉主要用于制造研磨膏，拋光蠟，砂布砂紙等。
塑料砂用途
工件表面的清理、工件表面涂覆前的預處理、改變工件的物理機械性能、工件表面的光飾加工。 塑料砂用于電子產品，熱固塑料制品及橡膠制品的去飛邊，清潔模具、敏感元件及鍍金零件，可用作脫漆劑，粘合劑，增強劑，防水劑，阻燃劑等，廣泛應用于建筑裝飾業，交通運輸業，廣告業，農業，電子電器，鑄造業等各種領域。
